The Australian Foundation for the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross is a Trust established in April 1999 with the sole objective of financially assisting The Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in research and with scholarship grants for deserving candidates from dioceses in need from all over the world who aspire to study at the Holy Cross.
The Foundation has been fully supported by contributions of many benefactors, including non-Christians in the past and is hoping that support for the formation of priests, religious and the laity will continue with your help.

Palazzo di Sant'Apollinare, 49When the Church faces challenges from every direction, she needs strong leaders to keep her on the right path. She needs leaders with a firm foundation in the faith and a deep knowledge of Catholic teaching.
The Holy Cross is dedicated to the Magisterium. The future leaders who pass through the University come out with not just a knowledge of what the Church teaches, but also a thorough understanding of why the Church teaches it.
The knowledge the graduates acquire in Rome is passed on to the people of their dioceses increasing their faith and apostolic zeal, and making the local churches focuses of Christian life. Your donation would be a contribution to the Evangelisation of the world.
From 2002 to 2024, the Australian Foundation funded 60 scholarship grants for seminarians and priests from dioceses in need from 18 countries.
More prospective students are coming! We need more donations to help them.
